Weight Watchers Week 13

Whoops!  I forgot to post again last week.  These past few weeks have been CRAZY!

 

Last week I was up 1 pound.  This week I am down 0.8 pounds.  So I’m back on the right track.  Total loss of 9.4 pounds.  Oh so close to that 10 pound mark.  I can do it!

 

After my post last week about exercising I really have tried to force myself to get up and get out.  So since Friday I have exercised 4 times!  Woo hoo!  I have walked 3 times and did a Nike fitness thing from an app on my phone once.  That one I did Monday morning and oh. ma. gah.  My legs still hurt!  I was doing squats and lunges and everything I hate about exercising!  Seriously though…I can feel the burn!  Here’s hoping this week I can stay motivated!
