A year with Jacoby

 

Happy birthday my sweet baby boy.  You have changed our lives so much over the past year.  I can't actually believe it's already been a year but you have grown into quite the independent little boy.  You love to feed yourself and hold your own bottle.  You love to sleep in your bed with your soft blankie that grandma made for you.  Ever since you were little you loved to snuggle with it.  I can't tell you how much you mean to us but know that we all love you SO much!
